Welcome to the after care instructions section

You will be provided with essential guidance to help you maintain the beauty of your permanent makeup

Follow these instructions diligently to protect your investment and keep your enhanced features looking their best.

Following your initial session, your brows will undergo immediate changes as your skin commences the healing process.Since this procedure involve a tattooing process with tiny skin incisions , your skin will naturally enter a restorative phase. Please have faith in this process as it can be daunting if you are uncertain about what lies ahead.

What to Expect

  • THE FIRST SESSION IS NOT THE FINAL RESULT. Expect changes during the healing process, it is normal.
  • You may experience "Brow Shock"  when you see your freshly done brows for the first time, you may not be accustomed to the new shape and color, but this reaction is normal and temporary.
  • The initial color is not the final result, brows will soften and shrink 30-50%
  • Redness and swelling are normal and will subside in a few days.
  • Do not pick/scratch scabs, they can remove pigment and create patchy areas.

Fading

  • After approximately a week, your brow color will start to fade and appear softer.
  • During days 5-8 of the healing process, you may experience scabbing, itching, and shedding of the pigment. This is a normal part of the healing process,, similar to any wound on your body.
  • Around days 9-10 your brows may enter the "ghosting phase" where they may appear almost completely invisible. This is temporary and occurs as new skin regenerates over the brows
  • Initially the may appear very light, but the pigment will reappear between days 11-28
  • After 28 days, the skin will regenerate, and faded pigment will begin to re-emerge.
  • The true healed results are typically visible at least 4 weeks after the initial appointment, once the skin is fully healed.
  • IF you sleep on your stomach or side, the tails of your brows may lighten first, and one side of your brow may fade more than the other depending on your sleeping position. It is advisable to try sleeping on your back to promote more even healing.

8 weeks Healed Brows

  • The 8-12 week touch up is essential to finalize your brows, as they are not considered complete without this session and will not last  the full year.
  • The touch up session is the last step to perfect your brows, where the artist enhances shape, corrects unevenness, matches the color, and evaluates how the pigment settles on your unique skin.  They will reinforce strokes, adjust pigment and darken the color to counter the lightening and shrinking that occurs during healing.
  • Individual with mature, oily, combination, sun damaged, or acne prone skin may have a higher occurrence of pigment rejection.

After Care

Neglecting to adhere to these guidelines can significantly impact your outcomes and , furthermore, increase the risk of infection, scarring, and potential loss of pigmentation.
